Okay so i have a new preset a friend made and I tried exporting it but it fails what should i do?

What's your username? Does it have symbols in it?

I put it in the right file it is suppose to be in my-prests file 4 but it won`t save!!! :(

Are you going to Preset Maker and clicking on example Preset 3 if you saved it in Preset_3 folder, then clicking on export and waiting some seconds?

Edit: Also, are you typing in your username in the log in box before you export?

No it`s saved on it

yes
