ok i tried to download a map from feral heart but when i log into the game and goes to the portal where the map is the game starts going crazy and log me out :( plz help me if you can :)

It sounds like there is something wrong with the map. Does an error pop up, or does it just say "FeralHeart.exe has stopped working"?
