It wont let me log in >:( :'(, I've made a new account, and let it through my firewall....  What do I do now?

If your password or user name has numbers in it, you must use the number pad ABOVE the letters, not to the side.

I don't have numbers in my username.....

Nope, I was going to try changing my password to see if that works.

It says incorrect Username or password.

It's case sensitive. Are you sure you're using the username and password you use for the website?

Then it may be a glitch in your game. You might want to download the patch. Otherwise, I can't help. :| The Big Help Forum might be able to help you from here...
