:'( i was trying to download markings a friend made when all of my markings for FH were deleted, is it possible for me to get them back?

Well, if you didn't empty the recycle bin yet, they're probably still in there. I'd think the only way to get them back, if you fully deleted them would be to re-dowload FH.
