Title: How to get downloaded particles working????

I downloaded some particles off wolfess and i dont know how to get them onto the game, also it came with sounds and something called WolfessWaters.object and dunno how to get that working. I cant even put sound onto an object i typed it in exactly how the name of the sound was. Please help theres so many particles i want but cant get them on the game. I will reward with karma ;D
