Title: Game not starting

Ok, i just downloaded the game, but it wont start. I only get a black window like this:

 I really dont know whats the problem. And i really want too play the game, Does anyone have a solution?

Exit out of the black box. Re-start FH. Let it load. Dun touch anything :3
The black box should fill with text. Then, the FH window should pop open.

Ok well,I'm new on this and I downloaded it.and it was complete.then,I was all like isn't it supposed to let me make a character....but it didn't I'm lost can someone help?.

im having a porblem simaler to this but sorry i dont know how to start a topic. could some one please help?
