caps doesn't help at all, just a warning :) and what do you mean, can't log in? more information would be helpfull

Hm.  Yes, more information would be helpful, but maybe it's one of these things (directly from the BIG help thread):

List of things to check:
1. Wrong username or Password?
2. Do you have the most recent patch?
3. Check so there's no security software blocking the game.
4. Make sure that you've a solid internet connection.

i cant log in ether i can log into the website but not game

@Alyssa, when you log into the forums, click 'Forgot Password' that can help you by sending the e-mail of your password recover. So, when you log into the forums, click 'Forgot Password' and it'll send an e-mail with your password for the forums and game.
