Username and password under which I recorded here, this is the username and password under which I need to enter the game? If so, why can not I log in?
Forgive me for my bad English, I am a Ukrainian :3

hi lessie welcome to feral hearts  :P

either your putting it in wrong or your using specialized characters like the numpad that this forum and game dont recognise

if you have numbers in your password use the keyboard and not the numpad to put them in on a keyboard the numpad is the section to the right with the numbers on

dont worry i find it diffucult to but this community is helpfull

if you find you need help just ask a mod or admin and they will gladly help :D

just try to log in first without using the numpad use the numbers along the top of the keyboard

did you try the link i sent you as the fix might be in there

also being ukraine did you use any symbols or special characters in your password as they dont work

also using uppercase and lowercase if you have a password like Dog and you put it in like dog that wont work as it has to be uppercase if there is uppercae letters

the only other thing i can suggest is try uninstalling the game and reinstalling it again
