I seen someone laying down in a curled up position and he said that you press shift and then z but everytime i do it my game screen faces twards the ground PLEASE HELP ME!!! Thanks

Are you using left shift + z?

hold down left shift and click z a few times until your curled up   (unless you set lay to another key then press that) :)

You have to press shift+z a few times before your character curls up.

Or you can click the roaring icon (lion's head) and look at the actions. Click the third one option four times and your character will curl up.
