Title: The game dont accept my account, why?

i have an account but when i put it to enter in game i do not agree! help please! D:

1.The size of the letters you use when you enter the password it does matter. For example if your password is PassWord and you enter it password or PASSWORD it may not work.
2.Have you activated your account?
3.The site has a bug and it shows you that you aren't logged in but you are.

None of these solution worked? Try making another account.
