Ah, welcome! :)
Did you download and install the game? Then just start it, put in your username and password in the bars and click on "login", then "create" (I think it's called that).
Than you can choose between canine and feline and that stuff. Just look at the top of the box, there are some numbers. Click through them and you will see more options. If you are finished, go to the last number and finish the character. And don't forget to set a name at the first number.
(Uuh, I am so bad in explaining something in English...)
