Title: How do I make a preset?

So I saw this person who had a whole black body and a flat colored white head. And I really liked it and i'd love to have that. I was told it's called a Preset or something. But I really need help because I have no clue what that means or anything. Or even how to do it! So if someone could please help me out that would be great. Thanks!
