Title: Error when opening the game.

(Sorry i cant take pictures 3:)      
Everytime i try to open the game an error pops us, this is what it looks like....

An exception has occured
 OGRE EXCEPTION(3:RenderingAPIException): Failed to create Direct3D9 Device: Not available in
D3D9RenderWindow::createD3DResources at
c:\Ogre_161_tag\RenderSystems\Direct3D9\src\OgreD3D9RenderWindow.cpp (line 597)



    Help please?

hnmm...i Have had this thing before...a little while before this happpened...have you tried editing the note-pad codes? Or tried editing the preset codes? what are some things that you did before this happened? or what did you do before this happened?

Nothing, i just downloaded the game (I Got a new PC) and tried to get on and the error message popped up

Hm...Try switching to OpenGL.

Other than that, I can only think of reinstalling. Uninstall FeralHeart, delete the whole folder, and reinstall.

I dont have anything else other than OpenGL, and shouldnt i delete the whole folder uninstall and reinstall?

OOps i dont have OpenGL, how do i get it (And Uninstall FeralHeart, delete the whole folder, and reinstall didnt help ):)

You have your screen colors set to 16 bits?
You have the graphics card drivers intalled?
You have DirectX installed?

If you don't how to check this tell me.

First of all, what you have? windows Xp, windows vista, windows seven, mac?

To check if the graphics card drivers intalled, open the Device manager (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Open-Device-Manager) and check if the is any exclamation mark. if you find one exclamation mark, tell me what device are.

Windows 7   and where is device manager? I cant find it
