Please help me out! I've investigated the problem a bit, and I think the answer might be to reinstall everything. But I would like your opinion first. Any help?

Try to reinstall.

What were you doing when this picture came up anyway? >.< Did you move any files around?

I've fixed the problem, thank you for helping Aazzi. And no I hadn't been moving anything around :3
