Title: three questions, one topic (i'd be happy if someone agreed to help me)
Post by: Wolfexpert79 on October 25, 2011, 04:37:46 pm
my first question was asking if anybody knew how to make objects move  :-\ i might have to make it a particle but i don't know how to do that...

Question 2: i didn't know where to put this question but am i allowed to use animal meshes from the wombat animal pack and recolor them then let other people download them? i would give credit but i'm still not sure if i'm allowed to do this

Question 3: i made a new wolf rp group with a map but for some reason when people download it the map won't show up in the cape  :-\ is the rar. file missing something? here is the link: http://www.mediafire.com/?bgple2b2gxbihon (http://www.mediafire.com/?bgple2b2gxbihon)

i'm bad writing in english but i will explain.
1.- To make objects move, if you mean meshes (like wombat animals) you can't. Because right now FH doesn't have support to mesh animations.
Particles is different, they always have movement due to scripts. To make your own particles you can learn downloading the Ogre demos here: http://www.ogre3d.org/download/demos (http://www.ogre3d.org/download/demos)
and then search for the few particles available in the demos, you can experiment with these particle modifying values.
And you can read the manual for particles here: http://www.ogre3d.org/docs/manual/manual_34.html (http://www.ogre3d.org/docs/manual/manual_34.html)

2.- Ask to the person who uploaded that wombat meshes, is the better thing you can do.

3.- your map is working correctly. Only i extracted all files and copied them to export folder.
