Okay, well the title should make my problem evident, but I'll go into some more detail here.
I have two presets that I made before the release of FH+, and used in FH without and problems
at all. So once I uninstalled the old FH and installed FH+, I went to the FH folder and put my preset
materials and the material file (notepad; the one with the codes,) into the corresponding preset
folders. I opened FH+ and went to the Preset Maker. Exported the two presets, seemingly
successfully. So I went in game to the character selector / creator, and went to edit my first character
with a preset. When I went to click use preset it opened up the typical list, but there was nothing
there. Nothing at all, not even blank presets. So yeah. I don't know what is wrong, and if anyone
could help me out I would much appreciate it. :'D
I am also having another problem, which seems to be very common among FH+ players at the moment,
where upon opening the character selection / creator page, it's just the character on a black background.
Then when you go in game, same thing. My character, and others' characters, on a black background. I
heard there was a problem about spawning on a map that no longer existed, so I tried to go home (after
resetting it,) and it gave me an error message that reads, "cannot find map file."
I completely uninstalled my old Feralheart game and its files before I installed Feralheart+, encase that
helps. There is also no Feralheart or Feralheart+ folder on my Local Disk, however I did find one somewhere
else on my computer, and I assumed it just installed to a different place, but I thought I would include that
information just encase it would help. I have a year old computer that runs Windows 7 and has a great
graphics card. Good enough to handle FH, among other things.

Aye... People seem to think that they should uninstall FH before installing FH+. Tis not the case. They are two completely separate games. In this case, I would re-download and reinstall both games. I'm not sure if this will fix the preset issue, because it may just be that FH+ has such different textures that your preset won't work at all.
For the black background thing; switch your rendering subsystem.
(Login screen>options>video>rendering subsystem)
