ok so when i logged on it was nothing but a black screen and my charactor and everyone else, some guy told me to reinstall and i did 6 times but it still isnt fixed and its really buggin me it says that d3dx9_30.dll is missing? and idk how to get it back it would be awesome if someone could tell me how to REALLY fix this problem.

Same problem, but I am not getting the error with the .dll file... Any ideas?

i have the same problem too but i can see other players but everywhere is black

I had the simaler problem,I have just got Fearlheart+ and its all black when i log in even the charaitor select and when im on the game all i see is the other players and ever thing thing is not there only blackness.
