I just created a new account and im sure i am typing everything right there was no caps lock on or anything and it wont let me log in on the game. As you can see i am on here just fine. I activated and everything PLEASE HELP!! :'(
-
This happened to my alternate account. I recommend just making a new one for now.

If you have symbols in your account, I would consider making a new account without symbols. I've read multiple topics of this and they all said the same thing. Make an account without symbols. So, I'm guessing it should work. By the way, welcome to FH!

That same thing happenend to me. Just make a new account and it should be fine :)

I'm having the same problem. Is there no other way of getting around this, other than making a new account?
-
Yes, but don't use symbols like @, #, etc. And make sure your caps lock is off.

Have you downloaded the latest FH patch? That happened to me when the new patch had first came out, but after downloading it worked.

Try doing this :)

Ok, turns out for me it didn't like me using the number pad to put my password in. Using the numbers on the main keyboard logged me in, though.

If you don't have NUM LOCK toggled on, it can do all sorts of weird things. If NUM LOCK was on and it still didn't work, rarely, some programs just aren't programmed to accept numpad entries.

Yeah, number lock was on, so it was just a case of not-programmed-to-do-this. All sorted now, though!
