Title: Confused new player

I very recently installed this game, and am feeling rather lost. I haven't found anything to do in the first area, except go to a system of caves, where I just got kind of lost. Is there something specific you are supposed to do in the first area or the caves? Thanks.

No, there are no objectives or anything, RP and meet people is all there really is, making maps, presets, markings, meshes, textures, running around. But no actual objectives. But hunting will probably be added within 6 months.
