Title: How to export maps?
Post by: CallofDutyGirl on November 11, 2011, 09:26:59 pm
Im not sure whether to put this in forum help or Game help, so I'll just put it here. I'm making my first map, but I want to know how to export it.
It's not done yet, but I'd like to know because I might use it for an rp in the future.

To cut things short.

Extract the map from within the map maker. THis will export the files into the exports folder placed here:
C:\FeralHeart\Exports

Go to the exports folder, and find the files needed for the map you made, usually a regular map without anything flashy consists of a .fhm, and a few .fho.

Send the files into a zip by marking them both and then right click > Send to zip.

Go to mediafire.com or sendspace.com and upload the zip you just created

Share the link with those who wants the map and tell them to unzip the zipped folder and paste the files into their exports folder.
