Title: Presets + Custom Markings/Presets?

Ive always wonderd how you do the custom markings and such. and the presets. ive been on the FaceBook site of FH and ive seen AWESOME custom markings charachters. and i want to know how thats done. PLEASE HALP!

I dont understand how to make markings yet but i noe how to make presets. If u need some help with something just ask.
