Title: FH+ Darkness glitch

Whenever I go onto FH+ it is black. I have tryed downloading it a couple of times, but it won't work. Some of my friends tryed to explain it to me, but it didn't work. Please help me, I want to play FH+ but it won't download the right way.

Two of my friends tryed to help, here is what they told me to do:
 My first friend told me to rename the file.
My second friend said to download it into documents.

But none of it worked
