Title: i can't see underwater

for some reason sometimes when i go underwater i can't see anything, it's just a white screen but where i hit the r button (rise) it will be fine, this makes it hard to get around on red's map pack. so the problem isn't that the screen turns white everytime my character goes in the water it's that when i hit the f button (fall) in the water or jump in some deep water the screen goes white. sometimes i can see underwater but other times i can't. does anybody know how to fix this?

Try to reinstall the game
