When you turn on the game and choose your character when I play I see a white background. I do not know why, the amendment which I installed a colleague told me twice and referred to the same thing. Can you help?

Next time you start your game, instead of logging in right away, go into the options, change your rendering from GL to 3D9, then close and reopen the game.
