Title: Accessing Other Maps

I've been all over this site, the forums, and tried asking people in-game, and I have yet to come across an answer.

How do you access other maps?

I am stuck on Bonfire Island (the company for which I do not care) and would like to explore other places.

When you first arrive in Bonfire theres a huge hill thing behind you, theres a black circle thing too. Jump into it and you'll arrive at Ficho Tunnel then you can make your way to Fluorite plains. Once in Fluorite plains you can go to Cape of Distant Worlds and Temple of Dreams.
