Title: Trying to figure out coordiantes

I've been traveling around constantly around the Feral Heart World and I was wondering how do you determine your map coordinates where you are standing within the Feral Heart World. It's been frustrating, I would like to be able to know what X Y Z I'm at is what I'm saying.
