can't figure out if feral heart is able to download onto my mac. can it?

At present day the regular FH version is available

Though it has wine integrated into that version hence why it works. There's no official mac version for FH yet.

You can always run FH on a mac via crossover or wine installed on it. But you can use the link above to play FH in most cases
