Title: Converting meshes for FH???

Hi,
I recently discovered some new files [FOR FH]  for meshes, and I was wondering how I could convert them to become a mesh file? All help is GREATLY [And I mean Greatly!] appreciated!

Kind of, but it;s already in blender and I dont know how to do that type of thing?
