Title: I need help logging into FH game... PLEASE!

I tried logging into the game and i used my proper username and password today and it banned me from trying again after a few times. i'm new so if i'm doing something wrong can anyone through me a bone please?

If you have numbers in your password, don't use the numpad, FH doesn't recognise teh numpad for some reason and it is basically the same as hitting space, there is a dot but there is basically nothing there.
