Okay now this is starting to get annoying,whenever I make a biography for a character I work really hard.When I am going to add a detail or something I find everything is erased and the biography is blank!What is the cause and how do I fix this?

It's seldom really erased. Most time this happens, the bio is just not readable for you.
You should ask others, if the bio is still there. If they say yes, you can read it next time you login.
I have no clue way this happens. I just know that this works with my bios. Just log out and in again and you can see your text. Try it? o3o

muidor is right, however i've also noticed that if you login and the bio is there it will normally stay there until you move to another map.
If your in Bonfire and the bio is there when you head to FichoTunnel and the bio will be gone. Thats what normally happens to me. Like Muidor said its not actually gone its just not viewable to you. I've had this tested as i asked my sister to read my bio everytime it poofs and everytime she could read it apart from me.

I think there's a glitch in the games coding that causes this, most of the time however, it isn't erased completly as said before, most of the time others can see it.
There isn't really any fixes per say, we can only hope that it's fixed in the next update ^^

Kov has been informed about this glitch well along with some others. Can only hope he sorts it.

Yea....it's kind of annoying but I'm sure he'll fix it sooner or later.
