Title: I can't log in to make my character to game!?

GYAAAH!! I can't log in to game, and I can't make character!! When I write my username and password, and click ''log in'', then... Nothing doesn't happen. Have I done something wrongly or password is wrong, what did go wrong? Please, help! :'(
