Title: Where to save?

I dont know where to save the Patch or feralheart+ , The feralheart+ wont run when i save it into its own folder so i tried patch and its wont install, it keeps saying to save into the feralheart folder so i am and it says access denied. Someone tell me how to run it please?

When you click it an installation bar should show up, all you do is press next and yes to everything. It should find its way automatically.
