You cant make it work. The patch makes the game crash. There is at the moment no way to make it back to normal.

It wont help reinstalling the game.
It wont help using another computer or operating system.
FH+ wont work also.

The patch is simply not working.
All you can do for now is to stay patient and wait for the fix.

Right now i can't even get to the login page, it crashes first thing. And before that i was getting a error message and had to reinstall the game. I hope they fix this soon.
