I've seen a video where Wheatley is like half GLaDOS. What the heck? Did he turn evil? I love Wheatley! NOOO!

Thats a huge part of the game.
If you really want to know about it, buy the game and play it, you wont be sorry. If you cant/are too cheap, just watch a full let's-play of the game.
