Title: Watermill?

I forgot how to get watermill. Yea, this is like the easiest problem, but can anyone tell me how?

Once on the screen where you type your username and password, click tools, then click map maker and click on Watermill. Export it again, then it should show up in Cape of Distant Worlds. :3
