whenever I play as my character Oblivion, in the middle of when it says: LOADING... it comes up with: Bad Token, I'm very confused, can you please explain why?

This happens because the server is crowded. Likely your character is in Flourite plains during a peak time of the day. Because there are so many people online, the game can't get your character into the map and creates a bad token. The best thing to do would be to keep trying and then get your character out of Flourite.
