Title: No Presets?

I try to load a preset but when I go to Create and click "Use a Preset", there's nothing on the list. Just a blank list. I tried uninstalling and re-downloading, but I don't think that did anything. I have the newest version, so I'm not sure what happened. I'll give a screencap if needed. Please help!

It happens but you gotta save it in "Preset Maker"

yes, and if you dont want to use an already there preset download Gimp or some picture editing program and load the preset files, and make you own :)
