Title: map help

i made a terrain for a map and i did everything i was supposed to. i made it 513 by 513 its in greyscale it has Terrain at the end and its a png file in my feralheart terrain folder. did i do something wrong or is it a one time glitch?

Has it been one layer the WHOLE time you were making it?

did you use paint? cos i hear that it can NOT work for paint. So i suggest you try photoshop, or if not try GIMP, if you had used paint.
