like i said in my title, whenever i try to get the new patch it comes to a page that says 403 Forbidden... Is there a way i could fix this? its annoying T____T

I'm also getting this and torrent just doesn't do anything at all... I'd really like to explore the new maps so does anyone know how to fix this...?

Im begining to think the patch may be down? Or maybe too many people are downloading it at once? Hmm its very frustrating and yes, i really want to see the new maps as well ;___;

I hate it cause it has been forever since i have been on Feral Heart, and i hate this patch too! I hope it is fixed soon!

it's also for the download of the game itself, i was reinstalling it when i figured out i couldn't download it >.> it's been laggy for me today too, maybe patch issues? or the server is down.

T^T I want the new patch so I dont freeze every time I move my cursor in the game >-< I also get this problem o-o Does it fix this problem if you re download the game compleatly?

Well guys, By the sounds off it (not just us, but A LOT) of other people, i think either the link for the download needs to be updated (bad link) or the download is down. Im sure once an admin see's these they will have a look at the problem and fix it as soon as possible. If you absolutly cant wait, im pretty sure if you PM an admin they will give you a better answer then mine, but if you can be paitent, then be so.

hi i was interested in starting this game today and this is what i got too i was afraid it was something to do with my comp being broken.

nope your computer isnt broken xD ^^' Its just a bad link or a fluke in the download, im sure it will be fixed soon, sorry for the inconvience (sorry for misspelling, thats a HARD WORD TO SPELL) :)

Yeah, its only 10 here but still... The patches sometimes have these things happen. If a lot of people download the patch at one time, it can get over worked and go down. It happens from time to time, it will prob. be fixed in the morning.

Yea Im having the same problems. But this over haveing to reinstall EVERY SINGLE TIME after I export a map, well, its just iceing on the cake. No offence, as I love the game and everything you're able to do on it, and Im happy for the thought of getting the wings out by Christmas, but please, the admins and or game creater needs to get make sure crap works before just giving it out to people.
I really love exploring new maps, so I really want to see them. But not only that, Ive been working on a new map pack, and now If I export, I have to reinstall. I dread the thought that Im going to reinstall and forget to save my map making files else where. Ive already lost hours of work ealier today because I forgot to resave the files someplace else. I cant imagine what I would do if I lost an entire map.....probably quit. Again, dont get me wrong, I love it all very much, but it is just because of that why I find all these problems so extremely....irritating.

Myself and my friend are also having the issue. We have the original three maps that came out with 1.12, but any time we try to click the links for the new patch or even the game install itself, we get the [403] error. I hope this is fixed soon, it's driving us up the wall, and given the growing size of this thread, I know we're not the only ones.

whoa what!? I just downloaded the v1.13 patch and it won't work for me! Why are you people so lucky? (I have windows 7 professional if that makes a difference.) I'm getting really cranky cause I haven't played in like three months.

I've been having a similar problem, the game stoped responding like two days after the wings came out so I unistalled it after I tried trouble shooting. But, when I tried to redownload it all I got when I clicked on the Download one was this...
404 Not Found

I'm not sure what's wrong, I've been playing this game for almost half a year now...I think and I've never had any problems with the game not responding, I mean It just like closes once you click the icon. Noy sure if this is the right place to put this but it seemed like it was the same problem you guys were having...Hope it gets fixed soon, promised to finish and export a map after Christmas... </3

The torrents should work now, if not I'd try to restart the web browser and possibly login to the box next to the banner and see if it does any change.
The direct downloads seem to have some issues right now so I will see if we can get some help to sort that one aye.
Meanwhile use torrent since it should be working fine.

How do you download the Torrent? And if you've uninstalled and are reinstalling with the torrent, would all your characters still be saved as long as you have the same account?

Characters are saved on your account, not on the game.
And in order to download with torrent you must have a torrent software installed on your computer. A suggestion would be utorrent.com

[Edit:] I'm not quite sure my parents would let me download the software. Is there an estimation as to when the normal download would be fixed?

No estimations. But if possible tomorrow but no promises since there might be a reason for them being down.

There's a lot of people having problems with the game recently. The one I've heard of the most is the terrain everywhere (Original maps like Ficho Tunnel and the Plains, and also any custom maps).
So I'm guessing maybe they have the links down so they can fix it. Neither me or the friend I play with have had any problems yet until tonight, so I'm not quite sure what the cause may be.

So, haven't played FH in a few weeks, ever since they made downloading the patch a requirement to play. I tried downloading it once... my computer caught a virus. Once the virus was gone I tried again, and nothing would happen when I clicked the download link. Tried it again yesterday and I recieved the error message. I'm not sure if I'm in the right thread for this, but I am really getting sick of this. I'm fairly sure that I'm not doing anything wrong, but this is just ridiculous. In case I am somehow doing it wrong though, can someone maybe explain to me how exactly your supposed to download this patch? Step by step. Pleaase and thankyou. ;)
