Title: I am Forbidden?

I don't understand, apparently, I'm forbidden from downloading anything!
I can't download FH, FH patch or FH+!

I have downloaded the game several times before but I deleted it every time because the computer's graphics card was too old and I couldn't play the game properly. I have played both versions so why can't I download the game now?
This was my first download attemp in months, I'd appreciate it you could help me, thanks!

im having the same problem (post bellow yours) think the download is down.
