Title: My friend needs help.... Help please? <---------

So my friend, i told her about this game, and she said she'll get it, the problem is, she has it installed/downloaded and everything, but it won't start up. the sceen just goes black and goes back to the desktop screen. its a dell com BTW

The problem she may be having is ether she has Norton on her computer or she does not have her rendering system set up the right way.

Hm... i'll suggest that 2 her, her computer she currently has FH on is 6 yrs old, she said she'll try 2 get it on her other computer, which is newer, a Toshiba.
