Ok, here goes: At first, Feralheart said I needed to download the latest patch from the website. Numerous times it said I had everything and couldn't download it. Just yesterday it let me finally download the patch. Now, the game shuts off and stops working before it reaches the loggin page. Any tips? Ideas at whats wrong? Would you recommend reinstalling Feralheart if needed? Just need some advice. (I have never had this problem in the past with downloading the new patches) And one last thing- When I try to get on Feralheart+, it says there is aswell a new patch to be downloaded, but I cannot find it on the site. I heard it's possibly coming out tomorrow? Not too sure at any of this, but i'll take all the help i can get!! Thank you!!

I don't think any form of re-installing is going to do much. Other people are having this problem as well. To fix the crashing, changing the Rendering system may help. make sure it's starting on Direct3D9 Rendering system. A friend I play with is having the same issue that you are. I had her switch rendering systems, but when she did, she started to have the other problem where all terrain turns into the African Grass texture.
I'm guessing they're working on a fix for it since the links seem to be down.. but I'm not so sure. Best bet would be to wait for a fix, I guess~

I had this problem, patching the game seems to be bugged. When I uninstalled and reinstalled, it did work, but only if I didn't put my old export files in. If Benjaminx3's idea doesn't work, try to reinstall and see if you have the same luck I did.

When I try to get my writing: Incorrect username or password. (5 failed attemps Causes 15 min ban) but I've written my good name and password, we waited 15 minutes and still nothing. How do I play?

Um, I'm not sure why it's giving you a problem with logging in... It doesn't really give me that problem, and I haven't noticed any threads with that problem recently. Just try to type it in slowly and make sure that all numbers and capitals are typed correctly.
If not, you could try searching the help forums by typing in your problem in the search bar. You might find someone with the same problem,and even a solution~

I had this problem, and it turns out i didnt do the antispam thing right, so i ended up having to make another account. That may be your problem

So I have a bit of a problem too..Im trying to re install FH but when i go to delete the FH folder it wont allow me to.
It says either the disk is still in (no disk so...ya) or the program is still running; which its not.
So when i try re-installing FH it says it cannot continue to install due to a file error... or something like that.
Please help >.<

hm... Don't try deleting the folder straight away, maybe. Try uninstalling the game first.
If that doesn't work, then try deleting it after your computer first starts up, so it's definite that FH won't be running at all.
If that doesn't help, I could suggest pressing (As long as you don't have an Apple computer) ctrl+Shift+esc, then pick the processes tab. Make sure that there's no FeralHeart process running~ If there is, end the process. :3

Well yea i did uninstall fh before trying to delete the fold but restarting my computer worked so Thank you very much :D
