Title: How do you get wings?

I was wondering how to get wings.
I have the little santa hat, and I have downloaded Feralheart+ (without a patch) and I can't find the wing thing anywhere. Where can I find it?

he wont add wings i have asked him and he said he wont do them

You can only have wings on FH+. Sorry :I
