Try re-installing the game and the new patch. Usually when it says "Feralheart.exe has stopped working" it means the game was either reset (meaning there was a sudden crash) or the server could've been full.

Just one question, if you were able to get into the game and choose your character to log in, did the "Feralheart.exe has stopped working" message popped up on the loading screen? If so then it was just a server reset.

I was never able to get in the game always said stopped working after the setting window and I can't uninstall cause when I go into the Folder it says "You don't currently have permission to access this folder" I'm sorry if I'm being a bother but I'm not good with computers ;_;

If you do not have access it means you must be logged in as administrator on that computer in order to be able to remove the game.

When you get a broken icon like that it usually just means that the "exe" that you run the game with has been moved to another location.

Try going into your control panel, then programs and features. It should let you remove any software from there that you have installed, then you should be able to install FH again.

Haha it's fine. Not considered a bother though, just a person in need of help c: But it seems Red beat me to the solution so here's how to get to the control panel(Click Start>Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs)

Did you remove everything from C:\FeralHeart before you reinstalled?

Have you also tried running the game as administrator if possible?

If you did those two, what about opening the ogre.cfg inside the game folder and set it to another rendering mode there. Just open the file with notepad then change the top row from OpenGL to Direct3D9.

I talked to my brother and he said he has tryed running the laptop on administrator but it doesn't work I'll have to wait till we can run as administrator before I do anything I guess :/
