Title: I can't get my presets into the game!

I have had trouble with geting my Kirara preset into the game i have everything done but it won't appear on the game when i go to the presets when making a new character it never works. I have watched every totorial on youtube but it still won't work. How do i get it to work?

What do you mean it never works, what doesnt work? Does it load in preset maker? What did you save the files as?
