Title: choppy areas

there is a glitch that makes some of the areas have choppy colors and a few of the markings too i could usually fix this by uninstalling, re-installing the game but that doesnt seem to work anymore how can i fix this?

Launch the game and go to
Options>Video>Rendering Subsystem
and select the one that isn't already selected.
Restart the game.
