Title: Cant create character

I manage to create my character, but there is a little issue... the water and the waterfall are moving, but  this:http://s1193.photobucket.com/albums/aa341/Xalnec/?action=view&current=FeralheartStuck.png (http://s1193.photobucket.com/albums/aa341/Xalnec/?action=view&current=FeralheartStuck.png) doesn't go away after ive clicked 'OK'. It stays up for hours until i have to go, and then i have to re create that character. I dont know what to do DX please, someone help!
