Title: I can't add a picture when I write a topic!

I want to add some topics for example for my character but I don't know how to add a picture on them I don't have my picture in any site it's just a screenshot please if somebody knows please help!!

You upload a screenshot to a website, (examples: tinypic, photobucket, deviantart)
Copy the image url, then paste it between the image codes.

It's currently not possible to put an image on most forum sites without uploading it to a third party source, because they do not want to use up their space on user uploaded images. As Ramine said, use [img] tags.
