I have a Windows7 and I go to the Offical Downloads and click on the Setup, it takes about 30+ minutes to download, then I click on 'Run File' and it says that the setup files are corrupted and to try to get a new copy of the file.
I've tried downloading it quite a few times and it says the same thing.
What do I do?

I Would ReDownload It Then When Its Done Go Into My Folders > Downloads > Right Click That File > Then Click Run/Open.

..I can't find 'Downloads' file though.

When a download file is corrupted, it's not finished, broken, bits an pieces of it went missing in the download progress. If your download takes 30 mins when it usually should take around 5 mins, that is most likely an issue.
I'd suggest you download utorrent then download the torrent from our side since it will check up on the files you download all the time and make sure you get the whole installer.

It takes 30 minutes to download on my other computer, where FH works like a dream, no problems with downloads or anything.
But okay, I'll try that.

Computer performance and internet download speeds/connection stability are not related though.
A broken installer is a broken installer and the download source does not host a broken installer. It's on the way to you something goes wrong, and it's sorted by using utorrent in your case.

But it isn't game related. It's downloads on the forum that won't work o.o
