Title: The game won't start!

Alrighty I'm sure there is probably a problem with my computer, not the game downlaod itself. I tried the torrent and regular downloads. Whenever i start up the game, it brings up the setup page then i hit ok.. Then the screen goes black and stops responding so I close it by hitting "end now."
I'v re-downloaded it but this problem still occurs.
What are the requirements? I have Windows XP, i have DirectX, and a graphics card. I'v played other 3D games on here before as well. Any suggestions to help me run the game? Help would be much appreciated, I really want to play this game! ;w;

I would try leaving it on the stop responding point for a bit, it usually does this with me, and if you wait a while, it will load.

You could try reducing the graphics to Direct instead of Open GL.
Also try reducing the use of applications when you're playing the game.
